Set up my authenticator

For approved staff. Opens AHAVA’s secure Cloudflare enrollment screen.

YOUR FIRST SIGN-IN

Three steps. Your own secure account.

  1. Verify it’s you

Choose “Set up my authenticator.” Sign in with the same email your administrator approved. Follow the sign-in option shown on the secure screen.

  2. Scan your QR code

Choose “Authenticator application.” In your phone’s authenticator app, add an account and scan your personal QR code. Enter the six-digit code to complete enrollment.

  3. Open your workspace

After Cloudflare confirms enrollment, return here and select “Open AHAVA.” Sign in and complete any security prompts. Your assigned role determines what you can access.

Finished enrollment? Continue to your team’s workspace.

A HAND WHEN YOU NEED IT

Let’s make it simple.

This page is a guide, not an enrollment status checker. Only the secure sign-in service can confirm that your authenticator is enrolled.

Which authenticator app can I use?

Use an authenticator approved by your organization, such as Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator. Your administrator may also allow a security key or device biometrics on the enrollment screen.

I’m setting up everything on one phone.

If you cannot scan the QR on the same phone, use the manual setup key offered by the enrollment screen, or open setup on a computer and scan it with your phone. Keep that key private; never send it to support.

Can I sign in with a password?

Follow the sign-in provider offered on the secure screen. If it asks for your provider password, use your own account password there. An email sign-in code and an authenticator code are different. This page never asks for either your password or your security codes.

It says I’m not authorized.

Confirm that you used your approved email, not another personal or shared account. Ask your AHAVA administrator to check your staff permissions and enrollment access. This page does not create an account or approve access automatically.

My code doesn’t work, or I lost my phone.

For an invalid code, check that your phone’s time is automatic and try a fresh code from the correct authenticator entry. If you lost your device, contact your AHAVA administrator for identity verification and recovery. Do not use a coworker’s account or QR code.
